Home Building Team Member – Production (Full-Time, Hourly, Weekdays / First Shift)

About the role

The Home Building Team Member performs assigned manufacturing operations in the home-building process, following standard methods and safe work practices to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and observe all OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity objectives.
• Protect company assets from damage, report maintenance needs, and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Assist the Team Leader and Area Coordinator by communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and any quality or productivity issues.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (desired).
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility and willingness to work in various departments as needed.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Perform other physical duties as required.
