Lutheran Child and Family Services of Indiana/Kentucky, Inc. (LCFS) is a nonprofit social service organization founded in 1883. Responsibilities
- Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments
- Develop treatment plans for clients and families
- Provide individual and family therapy in community settings
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
- Care Coordination
- Work with treatment teams and community partners
- Connect clients with community resources and services
- Support discharge planning and long-term stability
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Valid Indiana clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Minimum two years of mental health treatment experience
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation
