About the role

This position is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer‑experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You may be cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction.
• Role‑model established customer‑experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and assist with overall store cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink‑reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting pay range: $13.25 – $13.75 per hour (actual starting pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience).
