Responsibilities

• Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Being cross‑trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Role‑modeling established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back according to established operating procedures.
• Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures and standards.
• Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in overall store maintenance/cleanliness.
• Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
