About the role

Be the face of Celery on the floor during the holiday rush. You’ll greet shoppers, walk them through our founder lineup, restock shelves, process sales, and keep the storefront looking sharp. Create scroll-stopping content for our Instagram, TikTok, and email—spotlighting our founders, storefronts, events, and product drops. Reports directly to the founder.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers and provide in-person guidance on products
• Restock shelves and maintain storefront presentation
• Process sales using a POS system
• Produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Instagram) showcasing founders, storefronts, events, and product drops
• Participate in monthly shoot days in the Bay Area

Requirements

• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Reliable, warm, and energized by busy storefront environments
• Available evenings and weekends through Q4
• Comfortable on a POS system (training provided)
• Comfortable on-camera and behind the lens
• Editorial sensibility for emerging consumer brands

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok / Reels)
