About the role

Seasonal Gift Shop Employee for the Christmas season at Pirates Voyage. This is a temporary position; the venue closes in January and employment concludes with the seasonal shutdown. Applicants must be age 16 or older.

Schedule

Hours depend on the daily show schedule. Shifts run afternoons and evenings. Call times and end times vary by show lineup:

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and direct guests.
• Assist guests with purchases and provide friendly customer service.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
• Assist with setup, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed throughout the Village.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passion for customer service and enjoyment interacting with people.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
