About the role

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night guest inquiries.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate as part of the Night Audit process.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and provide a reassuring presence for guests.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management of overnight activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service during overnight hours.
• Utilize proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
