About the role

Responsible for managing the hotel’s housekeeping services, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
