HOA Site Manager - Company Fleet Car Provided

About the Role

The Compliance Driver inspects homes for compliance by driving through neighborhoods managed by Spectrum Association Management. The role involves making notations of non‑compliant homeowners, de‑escalating and resolving conflicts with upset homeowners, and using both company‑provided and personal vehicles (with mileage reimbursement) to complete drives.

Responsibilities

• Drive to managed communities on a regular basis and record non‑compliant homeowners.
• Improve service by recommending process improvements and identifying new product or service applications.
• Work directly with homeowners to address compliance issues and resolve them.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the issue, reviewing similar cases, researching information, assembling a response, forwarding it, and confirming customer understanding.
• Continuously increase job knowledge through educational opportunities and by reading governing documents of each homeowners’ association.
• Walk certain areas of properties when required.
• Use a personal vehicle when the company fleet is unavailable, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance.
• Safe driving record.
• Initiative and ability to work independently (industry experience not required).

Knowledge

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of data entry into databases and iPads.

Pay

• Hourly rate: $17.00
• Company fleet car provided (personal vehicle mileage reimbursed when used).

Schedule

Full‑Time position; approximately 90 % of the workday is spent driving.
