MGO is seeking a High Net Worth Tax Senior Manager or Director to join our expanding HNW Tax practice in Century City, California.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and review complex HNW tax engagements, including Individual, Estate, Gift, Trust, S-Corporation, and Partnership returns
• Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on tax, investment, and business matters
• Research and resolve complex tax issues; lead responses to tax authority notices and client representation
• Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff; provide coaching and performance feedback
• Partner with firm leadership on business development and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred
• CPA required
• Minimum 7+ years of public accounting experience with deep HNW tax expertise
• Proven leadership, client relationship, and project management skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Must be located in the Los Angeles area for in-office and client collaboration

Pay

$150,000 – $230,000
