About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience (family law experience not required), paralegal certification or similar, proficiency in legal research and case management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing documents for court hearings
- Research legal precedents and statutes
- Manage case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients and opposing parties
- Prepare pleadings and motions
