HM Loss Mit Sr Spec - Quality Assurance Lead

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the target state for monitoring and testing for assigned products, processes and services.
• Complete quality control testing for one or more lines of business and/or products.
• Deliver control testing and risk monitoring activities critical to determining control environment effectiveness.
• Gain an understanding of business processes and develop fundamental control assessment skills.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

• 2-4 years Home Mortgage Loss Mitigation experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as an engaged member of a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday in the Glen Allen, VA office
