HL7 Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the immunization’s response to meaningful use requirements
• Participate with other coordinators across the country in advancing public health readiness challenges
• Define and manage the process for testing the submission of meaningful use data from providers and assist in accepting data upon success
• Serve as the liaison between the state and facilities for meaningful use and immunization data issues
• Have strong working knowledge and experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL scripting
• Act as the central point of contact for information and assistance regarding meaningful use for CDC, JPHIT, CMS, and ONC
• Participate in projects and activities related to meaningful use
• Oversee the state meaningful use portal for immunization data attestation
• Stay informed about changes to meaningful use policies and procedures and communicate updates to Immunization and CHIRP staff as necessary
