About the role

We're hiring dependable, high-energy staff to support our National Championship junior golf tournament in Orlando. This position requires strong golf knowledge and previous golf-related experience. Applicants should have a solid understanding of the game, golf course operations, etiquette, and basic rules of golf. Previous experience working at a golf course, golf tournament, or similar golf operation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Starting announcements
• Pace-of-play management
• Assisting with rules officiating and on-course rulings
• Customer service for players and parents
• General tournament and event operations

Pay

$125 per day

Schedule

Approx. 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (time varies based on pace of play and tee times) | Dates: December 5–6, 2026
