About the role
Keystone Community Health Services is seeking a full time HIV Program Quality Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality management and improvement activities for Keystone Ryan White program
- Updates HIV quality management plan
- Writes and updates policies and procedures
- Participates in internal and external quality management committees as required by Keystone Health and funding agencies
- Oversee and engage staff in initiatives
- Collect, analyze and report on QI data to program staff
Qualifications
- LPN or Bachelor's degree in health related or social service field
- Previous experience in developing and implementing a quality management program
- Ability to complete trainings and competencies as required
