ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct tours of the museum, annex and downtown areas.
  • Assist in the restoration and cataloging of artifacts.
  • Assist in exhibit design and construction.
  • Assist with Historic Resource Commission activities.
  • Assist with the maintenance and minor repair of museum buildings and assets, including routine cleaning activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
  • A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Experience: None. Experience in recreation program planning and administration preferred.
  • Training: Equivalent to an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in recreation administration, physical education, business administration, or a related field.
