Hiring: Tech Ops lead Role - IAM role in Charlotte, NC

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Tech Ops Lead for a W2 contract engagement, offering a hybrid work arrangement. This position is based in Charlotte, NC, USA. The role requires strong domain knowledge in key practices including incident management, change management, automation, AI implementation strategy, and compliance with SOX. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects early in the development cycle, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations activities for the CSO suite of apps, including system upgrades, database patching, certificate renewal, and triaging incidents to closure.
• Own uptime, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Lead incident management and executive communication.
• Drive automation and AI implementation strategy.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, and internal audits.
• Build training plans for the team.
• Manage stakeholders at the AVP level for program execution and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Application Maintenance, and Support.
• IAM/ILM domain knowledge is a plus.
