Hiring Shift Managers all Shifts

About the Role

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules, providing encouraging leadership, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise food safety, cleanliness, safety, security, inventory, and profitability while driving high performance from the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help assigned departments meet goals and targets during shifts.
• Oversee tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
• Strong customer service focus and ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
