About the role

Join the Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA‑based treatment plans, using positive reinforcement, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA‑based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lb.

Pay

• Competitive base pay with scheduled annual raises.
• Quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours per week for the entire quarter.

Schedule
