About the Role

TheKey is hiring part-time and full-time overnight caregivers in Salinas, CA. Caregivers must be willing to travel to Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Pebble Beach. This role offers top pay rates of $22 per hour in a growing industry.

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates starting at $19–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Mileage reimbursement is also provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: engaging in games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.
