Hiring Project Manager - Commercial Banking Payments, Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Role: Project Manager - Commercial Banking Payments Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid (3 days onsite) Experience: 8 years overall, preferably 4+ years in Payments/Banking 8+ years Project Manager + strong Banking/Financial Services + strong Payments project experience + Agile/Scrum + payment processing knowledge + strong stakeholder/risk/dependency management. What They Need They need a Project Manager who has strong Banking + Payments experience and can manage technology projects from start to finish. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Payments projects from planning to production. Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers and make sure they are resolved. Coordinate with Business, Product, Developers, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, and Vendors. Work with Business Analysts/Product teams to convert requirements into project plans and deliverables. Manage testing, integrations, certifications, deployments, and production readiness. Run Agile/Scrum meetings and coordinate releases. Conduct project status meetings and provide weekly/monthly status reports. Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and escalations to senior management/client stakeholders. Manage onsite and offshore teams.
