Description
General Responsibilities: Responsible for curriculum development and delivery of both theoretical and hands-on instruction, including supervision of clinical rotations, classroom management, and completion of administrative tasks such as reporting, syllabus creation, and lesson plan development. Oversee student progress, ensuring alignment with course/program learning outcomes. Prepare and maintain up-to-date course syllabi for all courses taught.
- Willingness to work within a flexible teaching schedule and at varied sites including distance learning format if needed.
- Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with established syllabus.
- Ensure all courses adhere to the established syllabus and recommend necessary instructional materials and laboratory/facilities equipment for course effectiveness.

Typical Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Associate degree.
- Must be an active Certified Pharmacy Technician or Licensed Pharmacist with at least 5 years experience in retail and clinical pharmacy settings.
- Prior instructional experience required.
- Applicant must submit current resume and proof of certification/licensure.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and D2L, learning management system.
Preferred Requirements
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacist in a clinical and retail pharmacy setting preferred.
- 2+ years of instructional experience preferred.
