Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week Remote program) - Enterprise Solutions

About the role

As a Hiring Our Heroes Enterprise Performance Fellow at Deloitte, you will immerse yourself in the Enterprise Performance practice, gaining exposure to industry leaders tackling complex client challenges. The 12‑week fellowship lets transitioning military members remain employed by the military while receiving a Deloitte‑designed learning experience that includes project shadowing to prepare for a client‑service environment. Successful completion may lead to consideration for a full‑time role.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice and observe industry leaders addressing complex client challenges.
• Participate in a Deloitte‑designed learning experience focused on client‑service readiness.
• Engage in project shadowing to apply learning in a real‑world setting.
• Develop skills to transition military experience to a corporate career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active Duty member of the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
• Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible for the fellowship.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics modernization, and/or supply chain risk management.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government clients.
• Prior experience or interest in learning SAP or ServiceNow.
• Top Secret security clearance.
