About the role
As a Hiring Our Heroes Enterprise Performance Fellow at Deloitte, you'll immerse yourself in the Enterprise Performance practice, gaining exposure to industry leaders as they address complex challenges for clients. The fellowship is a 12‑week program while you remain employed by the Military and provides a Deloitte‑designed learning experience to prepare you for a client‑service environment, including project shadowing. Upon successful completion you may be considered for a full‑time role. Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice serves federal, state, & local government clients and public higher education institutions, helping them anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise. The Supply Chain & Network Operations division advises, implements, and operates transformational solutions that deliver world‑class supply network capabilities. *This Fellowship is a remote opportunity and available to eligible candidates located across the United States. If a full‑time opportunity is offered in the future, it may include location or travel requirements.*
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Duty member of the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by your respective command
- Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics modernization, and/or supply chain risk management (preferred)
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government clients (preferred)
- Prior experience or interest in learning SAP or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Top Secret security clearance (preferred)
