Hiring & Operations Manager – Residential Cleaning

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Hiring & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be the bridge between our staff and in-office schedulers, ensuring that we hire the best talent, provide top-tier training, and maintain the high quality of service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Training & Development: Lead hands-on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards.
• Quality Control: Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics: Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base).
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office apps.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
