Residential Facilities & Operations Manager
Pay: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, On site
Location: Stafford and Needville, TX

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of maintenance, repairs, and daily operations of residential homes, apartments, and office locations.
  • Cordination and management of contractors, vendors, and service providers for landscaping, housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general facility maintenance.
  • Leadership of preventative maintenance efforts and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Management of the organization's vehicle fleet, including inspections, maintenance scheduling, fuel card administration, transportation logistics, and safety oversight.
  • Conducting routine facility, vehicle, and safety inspections and addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring buildings are equipped with appropriate safety supplies, emergency equipment, signage, and operational resources.
  • Supporting emergency preparedness planning, life-safety initiatives, and accreditation readiness.
  • Tracking facility needs, equipment inventory, vendor performance, and capital improvement projects.
  • Collaboration with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and long-term facility improvements.
  • Building strong working relationships with property management teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, operations management, property management, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, building systems, vendor management, and workplace safety.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
