Major Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
• Adhere to all company-established safety programs.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor when running out of clean linen to process.
• Maintain work area clean and free of trip hazards through proper housekeeping.
• Prevent accidents by working safely, prioritizing this above all else.

Qualifications And Minimum Requirements

• Able to respond to basic verbal commands.
• Effectively follow directions.
• Organized.
• Multi-lingual is preferred.
• Computer / Technical Skills: Not specified.
• Job Specific Skills: Laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented.

Physical / Mental Requirements

• May work in an industrial setting with heat/cold and distracting noise levels.
• Good hand-eye coordination required.
• Able to push or pull carts weighing several hundred pounds.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand on feet and work in hot temperatures for several hours.

Safety

• All employees are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of others.
• Participate in company health and safety programs and comply with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
• Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules.
• Wear and/or use Personal Protective Equipment, when and how instructed.
• Report hazardous conditions to management.
• Report any job-related injury or illness to management and seek treatment promptly.

Work Hours

• Morning and evening shifts available.
• Possible overtime.
• May include working on weekends or during holidays.
