Ted's Bulletin is renowned for its signature Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts, but we're also much more than that. We operate a scratch kitchen using fresh, onsite-prepared ingredients, offering a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine. With exciting plans for continued brand development, both culinarily and beyond, now is a great time to join our team! We're seeking an experienced Line Cook to help us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Execute under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Consistently produce high-quality food for every guest
• Follow recipes and instructions, including making conversions
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant
• High school diploma (or equivalent) encouraged
• Certification in food safety and sanitation a plus
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• High energy and stamina, able to work in a fast-paced, highly mobile, yet small space environment
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to withstand temperatures up to 105 degrees
• Ability to communicate and understand the primary language of the work location
