About the role
We’re looking for hardworking, motivated, and good-humored individuals to join our close-knit team as an Off-premise Sales Representative. You’ll sell, promote, and grow our ever-expanding portfolio of world-class craft, import, and domestic beers in the fast-paced, competitive Long Island market. This role will develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to become a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Develop a rapport with an assigned customer base and promote the goodwill of the company.
- Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed.
- Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS.
- Conduct promotions in accounts regularly or when required.
- Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window neon signs and banners at all accounts.
- Execute monthly goals as related to business activities.
- Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in the assigned area.
- Daily travel throughout the assigned territory; reliable transportation required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Certified Beer Server certification preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid and clean driver’s license with active auto insurance.
- Knowledge of Suffolk & Nassau County.
- Ability and willingness to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to efficiently visit multiple accounts per day (car stipend provided).
Pay
Total compensation range including bonuses: $55,000 - $60,700 per year.
