Primary Responsibilities
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders
- Track machine service intervals
- Order parts
- Diagnose issues using real-time data from hundreds of makes and models
- Determine root cause and corrective action for each issue
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
- Absorb and deliver equipment & parts
- Stay updated on OSHA requirements
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime pay after 40 hours.

- High school diploma or trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Physical ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Must be clean-shaven for certain customers' requirements
- Position is safety-sensitive and requires passing a 10-panel drug screen
Qualifications
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Physical ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Must be clean-shaven for certain customers' requirements
