Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic

Job Summary

Ditch Witch West, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking Field Technician/Mechanics to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. We invest in your growth through robust training programs and exceptional benefits.

What You'll Do

• Work on heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations to ensure peak performance and maximize uptime.
• Travel the area in a fully loaded Pape' service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment.
• Interact with customers, ensuring they can rely on you to get the job done right.

What You Need

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment, including at least one year of field work.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and teamwork skills.
• Driver's license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
• Must provide own tools.

Compensation

$30-50/hr (Depending on Experience)
