Job Title: Sr Veeva RIMS Consultant L3 Support Location: Foster City, CA / Raleigh, NC / Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Experience: 11+ Years Overall, with 7+ Years in Veeva Vault RIM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault RIM Consultant to lead platform administration, L3 support, release management, and regulatory compliance across Veeva Vault RIM applications, including Submissions, Registrations, Content, and SafetyDocs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platform configuration, troubleshooting, change management, and GxP-validated environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).Configure and manage Vault objects, fields, workflows, document lifecycles, security, and data relationships.Lead Release Impact Assessments (RIA), platform upgrades, general releases, and change control activities.Support regulatory processes, including submissions, registrations, commitments, correspondence, and archival.Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, validation, audit-readiness, and ITIL processes.Manage data quality, migrations, integrations, reports, dashboards, and platform performance.Serve as the primary technical SME, providing governance, best practices, and guidance to cross-functional teams. Required Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM, including Submissions, Registrations, Content, and SafetyDocs.Strong experience in Vault administration, configuration, workflows, and security.Expertise in L3 support, incident management, RCA, release management, and RIA.Strong understanding of regulatory processes, GxP compliance, CSV/CSA, and change control.Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Good to Have Veeva Vault Admin or RIM certifications.Exposure to SQL, XML, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and global cross-functional teams.
