Responsibilities

• Team Members: Create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer; prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides with care and pride; keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly; bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift.
• Shift Leaders: Lead and motivate the team during shifts; set the tone for great customer experiences; support training and development of Team Members; help manage daily operations while living the Potbelly Way.
