Via uses app-based technology to make transportation more efficient. We are reinventing shared rides to help reduce congestion, lower emissions and get passengers to their destinations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Richmond Moves riders using the Via Platform
• Drive independently and choose your own schedule
• Use an efficient routing system to provide shared rides
• Eligible to earn up to $24.00/hour after any vehicle-related expenses
• Receive a quarterly healthcare subsidy if eligible based on activity on the platform and enrollment in a qualifying healthcare plan
• Access 24/7 live support from real people

Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license
• At least 25 years of age
• More than 1 year of unrestricted, US driving history
• Personal auto insurance policy
• Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)
• Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner

Qualifications

To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform for Richmond Moves, you must:

• Have a valid California driver’s license
• Be at least 25 years of age
• Have more than 1 year of unrestricted, US driving history
• Have personal auto insurance policy
• Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)
• Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner
