HIRING: Community Recruitment Specialist – Seattle, WA

About the role

We’re looking for a Community Recruitment Specialist to help recruit participants for paid AI research studies. This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. Position is based in Seattle, WA and requires relevant overall experience with a focus on external marketing, community outreach, and participant recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative participant recruitment strategies
• Conduct external marketing and digital outreach
• Build relationships with local organizations and community groups
• Post opportunities across social and online community channels
• Develop participant pipelines and referral networks
• Engage potential participants and guide them through registration
• Track outreach activity and recruitment progress
• Adapt strategies based on project requirements
