Hiring Caregivers

About the role

Alpine Home Care is hiring caregivers to support clients in Warrington. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation for aging adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass state background screening.

Pay

• Hourly rate: $16–$17 per hour.
• $2 shift differential for weekend shifts.
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv.
• Mileage reimbursement.

Schedule

• Shift availability: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Schedule options: full‑time and part‑time.
