About the Role

Alpine Home Care is hiring caregivers to support clients in West Chester. The position involves providing personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation to aging adults in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Light housekeeping: perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Compliance with state background‑screening requirements and eligibility to work in the United States.

Pay

Starting at $16 per hour, with rates ranging up to $17 per hour. An additional $2 per hour shift differential is provided for weekend work.

Schedule

Shift availability includes days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Both full‑time and part‑time schedules are offered.
