Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Support clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times.
Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (paid training provided for qualified candidates).
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check.
- Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
Competitive pay ranging from $20‑$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and qualifications.
Schedule
