Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• A heart for helping children and families
• Resilience under stress and challenges
• Motivation to learn and grow
• Reliability and strong follow‑through
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
• Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule

La Habra, CA — Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30–6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00–11:00 AM.

Although this is an entry‑level role, it requires initiative, consistency, and comfort with learning new systems. It’s a position where your dedication truly makes a difference.
