Responsibilities

• Providing services to clients (ages 3-12) across school, home, clinic and other community settings
• Teaching acquisition skills such as language, social, self-help, and play skills
• Managing problem behavior and teaching appropriate replacement skills
• Documenting data and progress throughout sessions

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required but Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification is preferred

Schedule

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with a schedule that vary across the day. All hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–6:00 PM—never weekends! Start part-time, but quickly to move into full-time. We truly value a healthy and happy work-life balance!

Pay

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
