Hiring AI Engineer, Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in software engineering and hands-on AI/GenAI development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of overall software engineering or technical experience, including 2+ years of direct experience with AI/GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI-powered solutions and AI agents.
• Create AI-based workflows and automation.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams on AI projects.
• Assist engineering teams in securely and responsibly using enterprise AI tools.
• Test, improve, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software engineering or technical experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience.
• Proven experience building or implementing AI agents, GenAI applications, or AI automation.
• Experience creating AI prototypes and taking them into production.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI security, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI usage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
