HIM Tech II - HK - Medical Records - FT - Shift 1

Responsibilities

• Serves as the liaison between the transcription service and hospital and coordinates all processes of transcription.
• Performs the daily operation of record processing to ensure that discharge records are received, assembled accurately, analyzed, scanned and assigned to the appropriate physician for completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Three to five years' experience in medical record department preferred.
