HIM Scanning and Indexing Analyst
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have:
- Description (company overview) maybe "About the role" or "About the company". The posting includes "Description At e4health, we Empower Better Health..." That's about the company. Could treat as "About the role" but it's more about company. However we can still use "About the role" heading and put that prose.
- Position Summary: could be part of About the role or separate? Might be considered part of description. We'll combine.
- Key Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: includes Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction lists possible headings: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have both Requirements and Qualifications content. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or combine.
- Benefits: there is a Benefits section describing full benefits.
- Pay: there is "PAY RANGE Pay range for this position is negotiable". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Pay range for this position is negotiable". That's not a specific range; it's vague. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "negotiable" is similar to not specified. So we should NOT create Pay section.
- Schedule: not mentioned.
- Skills: not explicitly listed; we could infer from requirements but better not create unless explicit.
Thus sections: About the role (or About the company), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement and pay transparency paragraph. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Additional Information 401(k) ELIGIBILITY" is part of benefits? It's about 401(k) eligibility; we can incorporate into Benefits section.
We need to keep all substantive info: company overview, position summary, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life, short/long term disability, PTO, salary mention? It says "We offer an excellent salary, full benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, life, short/long term disability insurance, and PTO policy." That's substantive; we keep.
Physical demands and working conditions: Are those substantive? They are not in the list of headings but could be included as a section? Not in allowed headings list but we could still include as a
under maybe "Working Conditions"? But instruction says use headings from list; but we could still include as a
without heading? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to include them as
under maybe "Additional Information"? But we could incorporate into Benefits? Not appropriate. Perhaps we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not in list; risk. Better to keep as
without heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't say you cannot have other headings, but to follow the pattern. I'd keep them as
under a heading "Working Conditions" maybe not needed. However they are substantive; we should preserve. Could add a
Working Conditions even though not in example list; but the instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. implies those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings as needed. But to be safe, we could incorporate them into a section "Working Conditions". However the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can merge physical demands and working conditions into a single
under Benefits? Not ideal. Could create a section "Working Conditions". I'll do that.
Also need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences about 401(k) eligibility etc. We'll consolidate.
Now craft HTML.

with paragraphs covering both. That reduces sections.
