Job Description & Requirements HIM Coder IV StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00 POSITION SUMMARY HIM Coder IV POSITION DUTIES The Inpatient Coder is responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation and physician orders.
