Responsibilities

• Prepping, scanning, and indexing patient charts into the electronic medical record system.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by department leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of experience working in medical records or clinic setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical information.
• Must possess the ability to follow directions.
