About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure effective communication among departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management systems.
Skills
