Hillsboro Head Start Program Teacher Position

About the role

HCCAO, Inc. (a non-profit) is seeking applicants for a full-time teacher position at the Hillsboro Center. The teaching position requires an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education; a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality services with compassion and understanding to individuals and families of Highland County of all socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Work well with children, parents, and staff.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Possess or obtain promptly a valid State of Ohio Driver’s license.

Requirements

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Fringe benefit package including paid holidays, personal leave, vacation and sick leave accrual.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
