About the Role
This position focuses on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation and embedded system development for Battery Management System (BMS) ECUs in the automotive domain, with a strong emphasis on AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and virtual ECU development.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test cases for automotive systems, particularly Steering and Braking systems, covering functional, performance, and reliability aspects.
- Leverage CAPL programming to create test scripts and automation tools.
- Utilize Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups, including dSPACE and Vector tools, for simulation and testing.
- Apply knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and diagnostic protocols (UDS ISO-14229).
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using electronic laboratory skills.
- Follow test processes and methodologies, with ISTQB Foundation Level preferred.
- Work with requirements management tools (JAMA, DOORS) and collaboration tools (JIRA, GIT).
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in HIL validation within the automotive domain, specifically for BMS ECU development.
- Experience with AUTOSAR and ASPICE processes at SWE4, SWE5, and SWE6 levels.
- Proficiency in embedded compilers, Vector toolchain, and AUTOSAR toolchains.
- Experience in 32-bit microcontroller driver, application SW, and platform SW development.
- Working knowledge of CANoe, CANalyzer, and virtual ECU development.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and electronic laboratory skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
Pay
$110,000 to $120,000 per annum.
