About the role
Mills Auto Group offers the opportunity to sell luxury vehicles at Blowing Green Mercedes-Benz and BMW. This position is ideal for those transitioning into the automotive industry or experienced professionals looking to enter the high-end market.
Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Aid customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process according to company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Assist with Internet and phone leads.
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Sell and deliver vehicles.
- Have fun!
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality.
- A clean & valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to submit to a background check for employment.
