Twin Falls Subaru is hiring a High-Volume Service Advisor for their express lane. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers efficiently, and earning a competitive salary based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Running the express drive: greeting customers, writing fast, accurate repair orders, and ensuring smooth flow of vehicles
- Selling the maintenance menu honestly, focusing on genuine services that keep the car healthy
- Turning multi-points into clear conversations about urgency and cost
- Keeping the lane moving without bottlenecks or delays
- Following up on declined work and scheduling the next appointment
- Hitting car-count, hours-per-RO, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets simultaneously
Requirements
- Experience in an express or quick-lane service environment
- Knowledge of import brands such as Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.
- Organized and able to handle high volumes without slowing down
- Ability to communicate clearly and honestly, even when delivering negative news
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
